- Manuscripts must be submitted electronically in online
submission system. You need an account, if you
don't have, you can register first.
- Note: If you want to edit and update the manuscript,
please log in the same account (User name & Password) and
update it. Don't submit it once again or create another
account to do so.

Submission Tips
The authors are suggested to use template to meeting
publication requirement. And official language is English in
paper writing and presenting.
Manuscripts should be at least 4 full pages and at most 10
pages, double-column pages including figures, tables and
references.
Please do not apply security settings to your file.
